He joined the UK CAA in 1993 becoming the Head of Surveillance and Spectrum Management where he additionally held responsibility for Wind Turbine and Aviation issues. In addition to supporting RenewableUK, Andy provides support to the UK Offshore Wind Industry Council Aviation workstream, Andy was a member of the Performance Review Body for the Single European Sky for 4 years until May 2021 where he focused primarily on Civil-Military aspects and the Environment.

Anne is ScottishPower Renewables Senior Aviation Manager, working to resolve aviation issues for SPRs onshore and offshore development and operational sites. Anne supports Iberdrola (SPRs parent) on aviation issues (e.g. turbine lighting in Germany). Anne has been involved in the renewable energy – aviation interface since 2005, first representing a Scottish airport operator and since 2011 SPR. Anne sits on BEISs Aviation Management Board, the Scottish Governments Aviation 2030 Vision Task Force, Joint OWIC-MOD Air Defence Task Force, RenewableUK Aviation Working Group and WindEurope Aviation Task Force. Robbert van den Heuvel is a senior policy advisor/lawyer at the Aviation Safety Department of the CAA Netherlands. He has been involved in the domain of aerodrome regulation for 20 years and member of the EASA TeB Aerodromes. He joined the Dutch project group on obstacle lights on wind turbines in 2017. He is currently working on the regulation for the use of ADLS in The Netherlands.
