Rainer Hinrichs-Rahlwes is a renewable energy expert with more than 20 years of professional and honorary experience. He is working for a fully Renewables based energy system.
He is a Vice-President of the European Renewable Energies Federation (EREF), after having served as the associations President from 2010 to 2014. He is representing EREF as a Steering Committee Member of the Global Policy Network for the 21st Century (REN21).
Rainer is also a Board Member of the German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) and the Chairman of BEEs European and international affairs Committee. He is representing both EREF and BEE at the Global100%Renewables platform.
Representing EREF or BEE, or as a senior expert, Rainer is closely working with international institutions or association, such as the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), e.g. representing EREF in IRENAs Coalition for Action and as a co-chair or the Towards-100%-Renewable-Energy Working Group, or with the International Energy Agency (IEA), e.g. as a member of the Renewable Industry Advisory Board (RIAB).
Rainer is working with the World Renewable Energy Network (WREC/WREN) as the Head of the Policy Committee and as an Advisor to the WREN Council.
Katelyn Huber

Katelyn Huber joined the wind power industry in 2014, working in LM Wind Power's Global Communications and Sustainability team at the companys headquarters in Denmark. Until recently she was responsible for driving the company's internal and external communication strategy for the wind turbine blade sustainability and carbon neutrality programs.
In 2020, Katelyn took on a new position as Product Life Cycle Leader, managing strategic engineering projects that advance sustainability throughout the wind turbine blade life cycle - from materials and design, to manufacturing, operation and decommissioning. Katelyn represents LM Wind Power in sustainability and circularity related cross-industry forums and projects, including the WindEurope Sustainability Working Group.
Frank J. Kroll

Frank J. Kroll gründete im November 2014 die neowa GmbH als weitere Aktivität innerhalb einer umwelttechnologisch fokussierten Unternehmensgruppe und führt diese als Managing Director.
Im Oktober 2012 wechselte er in diese Umweltgruppe als Geschäftsführer der Ferropan-Lamisan GmbH aus seiner Funktion als CEO der Triton Water AG.
Zuvor war er als Vice President der Siemens AG verantwortlich für das Wassergeschäft in Europa.
Frank J. Kroll hat langjährige Erfahrungen als Manager im internationalen Wasser- und Industriegeschäft und verantwortete als Geschäftsführer und CEO/COO die erfolgreiche Ausgliederung und den Verkauf der vormaligen Siemens Gesellschaft WABAG GmbH, Wien. Ebenso leitete er 2004 die Akquisition der nordamerikanischen USFilter Gruppe. Frank J. Kroll war während seiner Zeit bei der Siemens AG in verschiedenen Managementfunktionen in vielen Teilen der Welt eingesetzt.Mika Lange

In her role at WindEurope she covers topics such as wind turbine decommissioning, wind turbine and blade recycling, supply chain sustainability, environmental impacts of wind farms and permitting. Marylise also coordinates WindEuropes Sustainability Working Group.
