Björn Heinemeyer Senior Director Origination Energy, Structured Finance Europe bei NORD/LB

Mr Heinemeyer is Deputy Head of a cross-border project finance team of 10 originators being located in London and Hanover, with a full mandate for the European Renewable Energy market. He successfully build-up a portfolio of self-arranged renewable energy projects in excess of 400 MW. Mr Heinemeyer has responsibility for NORD/LBs structured lending business for solar, onshore and offshore wind projects in Europe. In this capacity he advises a number of corporate clients on non-recourse project financings and he has actively pursued transactions in this global growing market, e.g. 315 MW Fred Olsen Wind Portfolio in Scotland, 53 MW PV facility Turnow-Preilack, 10 MW SunEdison PV Portfolio in Italy and 42 MW PV facility Finsterwalde I in Germany. Previously, he worked at NORD/LB Hanover in the Group of Project & Export Finance Industries and headed the Trade Finance team at NORD/LB`s Hamburg Branch. Mr. Heinemeyer has a degree in Banking Management of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Dipl. Bankbetriebswirt BA) and started his career as project financier in 2000.
